That’s because communication is a learned skill and it can make or break your relationships with almost everyone in your life.

Here are some helpful tips for you to jumpstart your journey to greater success:
👜 Practice communicating and different ways of interacting with people, remember you do not have to nail it the first time. The more you do it, the more confident you will feel.
👜 Before a big meeting or conversation, jot down a few key points and practice what you have to say out loud in the mirror. Hearing yourself will help you reflect and adjust how you want to say it.
👜 Listen more than you speak, people love hearing themselves talk and this will make them like you even more.
👜 Research who you are meeting with so you have relevant content to bring to the table.
👜 Pay attention, it is ok to go back and clarify or even apologize to someone you may have inadvertently offended. No one is perfect and you have to be able to reflect and adjust.
👜 Have fun with it and don’t be too hard on yourself.
